South East Fran Education Institute (SEFEI) is a franchise of the Department of Distance and Open Learning (DODL) at the PNG University of Technology. We are officially registered under IPA Certificate #6-118975235.
For over 18 years, we have established and served educational needs across Enga and East New Britain Provinces. Our bridging program ensures that neighbourhood youths are educated to pursue higher learning of their choice in tertiary institutions around PNG.
Located at Koki Point, just a 5-minute walk from the Koki bus stop. We serve students throughout the POM South Electorate.
Grade 12 leavers, Grade 10 & 11 leavers, working class without basic education, teachers, nurses, and government employees.
Face to Face, Distance Mode, E-Learning, and Guided Online Learning.
16-week semester with structured breaks and final examinations.

SEFEI operates in direct alignment with national education standards and recognized institutions.
Official DODL (Distance and Open Learning) franchise partner, offering accredited University of Technology distance programs.
Working with the Department of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology for student selections via the National Online Selection System using SLF numbers.
Bridging subjects (Language Skills, Basic Maths) and Grade 11 Matriculation subjects for students seeking tertiary entry.
Upgrade your existing Grade 12 results to meet DHERST institution cut-off marks. Science and Social Science streams available.
