South East Fran Education Institute (SEFEI) is a franchise of the Department of Distance and Open Learning (DODL) at the PNG University of Technology, officially registered under IPA Certificate #6-118975235.

For over 18 years, we have established and served educational needs across Enga and East New Britain Provinces. Our bridging program ensures that neighbourhood youths are educated to pursue higher learning of their choice in tertiary institutions around PNG.
